Roseland Infant School

“Please thank your team for all their hard work. It really was a lovely project and the staff and children both equally enjoyed it.”
What did students ask for?
90 Year 1 and 2 students proposed vibrant SuDS designs featuring rainbows and an ‘under the sea’ theme, while stressing that planters should be sturdy and strong.
What did staff ask for?
Staff requested that the school’s motto, ‘Be the best that we can be’, be incorporated as a bespoke element in the design of the planters.
What was delivered?
• Nine SuDS planters
• 3,758 litres of water storage
In addition, bespoke features were incorporated: a clear downpipe for water visibility, four chalkboard planters, four benches, three logo art installations, and three stencils.
“I can confirm the children had a wonderful day, despite the rain”
