Ratton School

“The kids really appreciated the range of hands-on activities and I’m sure it will really help engage them with water management and sustainability going forward – a day to remember for sure!”

What did staff ask for?

• Wanted standard non-bespoke planters.
• Identified a potential hotspot for intervention in the flood prone area at the rear of the school
• Keen to have water storage facilities near to the new outdoor learning classroom to support student engagement.

What was delivered?

• 20 SuDS planters
• 6,805 litres of water storage

In addition to this, two bug hotels were installed to encourage greater biodiversity within the school and provide an additional learning resource for the students.

“I’m pleased to confirm the project for Ratton School has been delivered as expected and we are very pleased with all the works and final finish.”
